7.6 Crores Fine for Chinese Movie Director

China top director Zhang Yimou has been slapped with 7.6 Crores fine. The reason behind to impose such a big amount of fine is for violating Government rules. As the population in China is gradually increasing, China Government allowed two children per family. But director Zhang Yimou violated the Government rules and had one more child total three children. Zhang Yimou has two sons and now had one daughter. For this reason director Zhang Yimou fined for violating Government rules. The people are stunned that top director violated Government rules.
